What if I want to cancel your service after the demo?

"I don't want a hassle if I try the demo and decide not to subscribe."

There is no obligation to continue the service after the 14 day demo. We do appreciate a call to let us know you won't be subscribing, but if you choose not to continue, there is no hassle. Really!

We'll send you an invoice at the end of the demo for continuation of service after the demo expires. Just don't pay the invoice if you don't want the service. If you wish to continue, select your subscription plan (3 months or 1 year) and return the invoice with payment.

Is there a way to help inconsistent delivery?

There may be. There is no one delivery system that works best for all. To further complicate this, there is a difference is cost from the cell company to us for different platforms. Here is our worse delivery record for a 2 hour span in July of 2009.

Under 1m4556895.7%95.7%
5m1270.3%96.0%
15m12132.5%98.6%
30m6011.3%99.8%
1h50.0%99.8%
3h770.2%100.0%

On this day, AT&T accounted for all but 2 of the delays that were not under 1 minute. With any company we can use different delivery methods, and use your feedback to make delivery more consistent. In this case with AT&T we could use another delivery system, as they offer 3 modes of delivery. The premium method they charge us 5 cents per message. If this method is what you need then we add on the expense based on your estimate of messages.

We have some clients that prefer this premium delivery, and the expense is not an issue compared to the decissions being made. Even with 77 delayed, this represents less than one sixth of a percent. Adding all delays over 1 minute in this worse case situation is about 4% (normally less than 1% for all on most days - still we are using the worse case). Thus we choose not to expose 95% of the folks to a higher price and choose to offer premium delivery to those who see the need. Again on most days we see 99% delivery at under 1 minute on the standard system.
